Practical guide
A useful redesign starts with the actual room or property. Supply references for existing geometry, specify what should change, and choose still concepts or a walkthrough presentation.
Show walls, windows, doors, columns, ceiling, curves, and built-ins. Identify which photo belongs to which room. Plans and elevations provide context a single perspective cannot.
Give measured width, length, and height or a scaled plan. A normal photo alone cannot guarantee exact dimensions or a true 3D model. Mark fixed elements to preserve.
Describe intended use, materials, furniture, ceiling treatment, lighting, color, and atmosphere. State structural changes explicitly when permitted.
Use still images to compare options. For a walkthrough, specify room order, camera path, and focus areas; it is a presentation concept, not CAD or BIM geometry.
Check openings, proportions, ceiling details, lighting, and material claims against the real property. Have professionals verify construction requirements.
